I did...

"Have you tried using the getItemValue method specific to the datatype you're obtaining?
ie:
getItemValueString"

- I did... getItemValueString will return only the first item value as a string. From the Designer help: "If the item has multiple values, this method returns the first value."

I want to receive a Vector containing all String values so I can then use indexOf before adding a new value to that item.

My code is working fine, I just want to avoid that warning.


"Alternatively, you can roll your own:
getItemValueCustomData
getItemValueCustomDataBytes"

- Sorry, I don't know how to do that... can you give me more details? Would that prevent that warning?
